Accounts & Recovery Executive
About the job
We are looking for a responsible, organized and motivated Accounts & Recovery Executive to join our team at GalaxyMax.lk (Pvt) Ltd.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, following up on outstanding payments, maintaining accurate payment records, and supporting day-to-day accounts and recovery activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and outstanding balances
- Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments
- Handle payment recovery and customer follow-ups by telephone
- Maintain daily accounts and payment entries
- Maintain accurate customer ledgers and account records
- Prepare and maintain relevant accounts and recovery reports
- Monitor outstanding customer payments and follow up when required
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding account and payment matters
- Work closely with the team to ensure accurate and timely account management

Requirements
HND in Accounting trainees are welcome to apply
Previous experience in accounting, customer accounts or payment recovery is an advantage
Sinhala language skills are required
Good English and/or Tamil communication skills will be an advantage
Good communication and telephone handling skills
Ability to communicate professionally and politely with customers
Basic computer knowledge and standard Microsoft Excel knowledge
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Responsible, organized and able to manage assigned tasks
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work well as part of a team
Both male and female candidates can apply
